Ingredients for two sandwiches
- 6 slices of cereal and seed loaf 400 g
- 300 g pulled beef
- 100 g grated Cheddar
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- 2 avocados
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 pinch of chilli
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- Guacamole spices
Preparation steps
Method
- Reheat the pulled beef in a pan with a little olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, chilli, salt and pepper.
- Mix and leave to caramelise slightly.
- Prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocados with the onion, lime juice and a few spices, then adjust the seasoning.
- Toast the slices of bread under the grill with a little oil, then rub them with garlic.
Making the sandwich
- Generously spread guacamole on the first slice of bread.
- Add a few lettuce leaves, a portion of hot pulled beef and then sprinkle with grated Cheddar.
- Add the fresh tomato slices.
- Add a second slice of bread and repeat.
- Finish with the final slice of toasted bread.
