Ingredients for two sandwiches

  • 6 slices of cereal and seed loaf 400 g
  • 300 g pulled beef
  • 100 g grated Cheddar
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 avocados
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 pinch of chilli
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Guacamole spices

Method

  • Reheat the pulled beef in a pan with a little olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, chilli, salt and pepper.
  • Mix and leave to caramelise slightly.
  • Prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocados with the onion, lime juice and a few spices, then adjust the seasoning.
  • Toast the slices of bread under the grill with a little oil, then rub them with garlic.

Making the sandwich 

  • Generously spread guacamole on the first slice of bread.
  • Add a few lettuce leaves, a portion of hot pulled beef and then sprinkle with grated Cheddar.
  • Add the fresh tomato slices.
  • Add a second slice of bread and repeat.
  • Finish with the final slice of toasted bread.
